Cambria is a natural, quartz surfacing product that has a variety of uses in your home or business such as countertops, vanities, wet bars, etc. Cambria is pure, natural quartz, one of the hardest and most common minerals on Earth. Some of Cambria’s designs have the natural look and feel of granite, marble and other quarried stones, but features superior performance because of its strength and durability. It is nonporous and will not absorb food and liquids like granite does. And best of all, it is maintenance-free. Engineered stone quartz surfacing is made from approximately 95% natural quartz and 5% polymer resins (by weight). Testing has shown that they retain much of the toughness of quartz but display increased ductility due to the resin, improving impact resistance. Countertops are custom made and more scratch resistant as well as less porous than natural quartz surfaces, and don't need to be sealed like other stone surfaces. Thicknesses may be, (1/2 inch), (3/4 inch), (1¼ inch) or (1½ inch). Hilltop works with a number of Brands including Zodiaq, Silestone, Cambria, Hanstone, Radiance, and Caesarstone.
